Approach |
We conducted an extensive global sourcing program that led to identifying and implementing functional improvements and substantial cost savings. In addition to bottom line impact, we conducted a thorough opportunity assessment, an extensive procurement organization redesign as well as team training and coaching in the Americas and Europe. |
Results |
Our deliverables included a SKU-level spend architecture and database and a make-versus-buy competitive assessment. We identified savings of over 10% on total addressable spend and 19.5% realized savings on the first wave category sourcing implemented jointly with the client team. |
